Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and user-centric Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team in Leicester . Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and define user requirements.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and analytics data.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of design systems and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
