About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant and effective design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency and streamline the design process.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UI/UX Design , with a proven track record of designing successful digital products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a keen eye for visual design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with remote teams is highly advantageous.
