Senior UX Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and define user needs.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback and technical constraints.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that design decisions are data-driven and user-centered.
• Lead design critiques and provide constructive feedback to other members of the design team.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with remote teams.
