About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UX Researcher to join their innovative product team, working entirely remotely. This role is crucial for deeply understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform product design and strategy. You will plan, conduct, and analyze a variety of user research studies, translating findings into actionable insights that guide the development of user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to champion the user voice and ensure our products are both intuitive and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a range of qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies.
- Analyze research data to identify key user pain points, needs, and opportunities.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for product and design teams.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to inform design decisions and product strategy.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring a user-centered approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar user research role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating research expertise.
- Proficiency in a variety of research methods (e.g., usability testing, user interviews, surveys, journey mapping).
- Experience with research analysis and synthesis tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to effectively convey research findings.
- Ability to work independently and manage research projects in a remote setting.
