About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and ensure optimal usability and accessibility.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in UX/UI design, digital media, and interactive entertainment technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design , with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products and platforms.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles, wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), and prototyping techniques.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Experience designing for responsive web and native mobile applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Familiarity with the arts and culture landscape and an understanding of audience engagement within this sector are highly beneficial.
