Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented and innovative Senior UX/UI Designer to join their product development team in Leeds . This role is crucial in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for their digital products. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity interface design. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Design intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience creating and managing design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• A bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
