Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic, fully remote team. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience and visual design of cutting-edge digital products. You will be instrumental in translating complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create comprehensive user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to articulate user experiences.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guides to ensure brand cohesion and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and user benefits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design , with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design .
• Experience conducting various forms of user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
