Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their innovative product development team, working entirely remotely. This role is critical in shaping the user experience and interface design of our cutting-edge digital products. You will lead the design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI implementation, ensuring our applications are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and products, from conceptualization through to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain detailed design specifications and style guides for consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design , with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful product design projects.
• Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and how designs translate into functional code.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
