Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their innovative digital product team, operating in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for shaping the user experience and interface design of our client's cutting-edge digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a talent for creating seamless user journeys, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive product success and customer satisfaction from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and products, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and UI design.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure the technical feasibility and implementation of designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design strategy and best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer , with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful product design projects.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
