About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic team in London . This pivotal role involves conceptualizing and designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for a range of digital products and platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience from initial concept through to final implementation, ensuring our client's digital offerings are both functional and aesthetically superior, fostering a user-centric approach across all product development cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate complex requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for best practices in UX/UI design within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications across various platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
