Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic creative team in the heart of London . You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of cutting-edge digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI assets for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design , with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
