Senior UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for user interfaces and user experiences across multiple digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and develop user journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UX/UI designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design systems and best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a UX/UI Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills with an excellent eye for detail, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
