About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to launch, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.

• Collaborate with product management to define user stories, conduct usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
• Create intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning within the remote team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex digital products.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable design improvements.
