About the Role
Our client, a cutting-edge digital solutions provider based in Nottingham , is seeking a highly creative and user-centric Senior UX/UI Designer . You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that delight users and meet business objectives. This role involves leading the design process from concept to completion, working collaboratively with development teams to bring innovative ideas to life across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups based on user research and business requirements.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design work across multiple platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven ability to deliver user-centered solutions.
- Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with web and mobile design patterns and accessibility standards.
