Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic, fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and products, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI design.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly design solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working within cross-functional teams.
