About the Role
Our client, a forward-thinking digital products company in Sheffield , is seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to enhance the user experience of their innovative platforms. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives. This role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with product managers and developers to bring designs to life. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, user journey mapping, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain high-fidelity UI designs, style guides, and design systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to define user requirements and product roadmaps.
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams in Sheffield .
