Senior UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and prototyping of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, create user personas, and map user journeys to understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and execution.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
