About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their forward-thinking digital product team. This role, fully remote, will focus on designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences for their flagship products. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI design, ensuring seamless user journeys and exceptional usability. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and researchers, you will champion user needs and drive design innovation, contributing to a culture that values user feedback and iterative design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions.
- Design intuitive wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Develop high-fidelity visual designs and design systems that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design , with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital product design.
- Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and interaction design.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Solid understanding of front-end development principles and how design impacts technical implementation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, particularly in a remote setting.
