Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant and functional design solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Champion user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating successful product design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies, interaction design principles, and visual design aesthetics.
• Experience designing for responsive web and native mobile applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
