Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen . You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of innovative digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new digital features and products, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI design.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, personas, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and design system across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design solutions effectively.
