Senior UX / UI Product Designer – Brighton (Hybrid Remote) - £70k

Ada Meher is partnered on a search with a leading SaaS business with offices in Central Brighton as they recruit an experienced Senior UX/UI Product Designer to join them as they modernise and redevelop the frontend of their core product – a React based SPA – as a greenfield project. You would be working as part of a larger Product Design team and have the opportunity to work on feature design from ideation to delivery with the creative freedom to really influence the shape of the product.

The platforms that you would be working on carry a high level of granular information and complex data, so the business are looking for a Designer who believes in making evidence-backed design choices to re-imagine the UI of the products in a way that delivers the information in an engaging way that has usability at the heart of every decision. In return, there is both a real ownership and autonomy over these decisions as well a culture that values employee well-being and employee experience above all else.

• Strong experience within a Product Design role focused on UX and UI for Web-based SaaS Platforms or Apps
• A demonstrable track record using A/B Testing, Behavioural Design & User Research to make data-informed Design Choices
• Experience working with HotJar, Google Analytics, Crazy Egg or similar for data analytics
• You should be an expert with Figma and other associated tools to bring your designs to life
• Experience with creating dashboards or apps involving a high level of data
• They use a Design System based on shancn so whilst not a necessity, experience working with something similar would be a benefit
