About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual effects (VFX) such as explosions, magic, environmental effects, and particle systems.
• Develop and implement efficient VFX workflows and pipelines, optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with directors, art leads, and technical directors to achieve the desired visual style and creative vision.
• Stay current with the latest VFX technologies, software, and trends, experimenting with new techniques.
• Mentor junior VFX artists, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in VFX Art creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex effects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard VFX software such as Houdini, Maya, After Effects, or similar.
• Strong understanding of physics-based simulations, particle systems, and rendering techniques.
• Experience with real-time VFX for game development is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to creative challenges within a remote setting.
