About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Web Designer to enhance their digital presence from their offices in Cambridge . You will lead design projects, collaborating with marketing and development teams to translate concepts into high-impact web designs. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking designer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites and web applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure technical feasibility.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in Cambridge .
