Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts.
• Integrate blockchain technologies with front-end frameworks to create seamless user experiences.
• Write efficient, secure, and maintainable code for both on-chain and off-chain components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and gas efficiency.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in Web3 technologies and the broader Crypto & Blockchain landscape.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Web3 development and blockchain integration.
• Strong proficiency in smart contract languages like Solidity and experience with development frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle).
• Expertise in front-end development (React, Vue.js) and integrating with blockchain networks using libraries like ethers.js or web3.js.
• Deep understanding of blockchain principles, token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721), and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Experience with IPFS, decentralized storage, and related technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, suited for a fully remote team environment.
