Review website content, metadata and internal links, making practical improvements that support organic search results. Carry out keyword research to guide content priorities and identify relevant search opportunities. Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings and website performance to spot trends and areas for action. Work with marketing colleagues to ensure SEO is included in content planning and campaign activity. Identify technical SEO issues and work with relevant teams to support timely fixes. Prepare clear reports on SEO activity, results and recommended next steps. Keep up to date with search engine updates and apply relevant changes to SEO plans.Profile
A successful 'SEO Specialist should have:
Practical experience of planning and delivering SEO activity. Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimisation and content SEO. Experience reviewing organic search performance and turning data into clear actions. Understanding of technical SEO issues and how they can affect website visibility.
