What is in it for you:

• Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum + OTE up to £36,000
• Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 1:00pm Saturday (1 in 3 rotation)

What you will be doing:

• Liaise directly with customers regarding ongoing repairs, outstanding work, and Service Plan follow-ups.
• Log all appointments, reservations, and MOTs accurately into the central database while building customer records.
• Maintain clear, continuous communication with customers while their vehicle is in the workshop, ensuring excellent service and handling payments smoothly.
• Complete accurate job cards , control the booking and allocation of courtesy cars, and resolve any complaints quickly and effectively .
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to promote new/used vehicle sales and support overall business goals.

Commutable Locations:

This role is based in Worthing , making it an easy commute from Brighton , Hove , Littlehampton , and Shoreham-by-Sea .
