Service Advisor

Service Advisor (Automotive) Location: Fareham

Pay: £17.79 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday

Contract: Initial agency contract with a strong opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Immediate start is necessary.

We are recruiting an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in Fareham. If you have excellent customer service skills, previous motor trade experience and are available to start ASAP, we'd like to hear from you.

Working Hours

• 6:00am - 2:30pm - Option 1
• 8:00am - 4:30pm - Option 2
• 9:30am - 6:00pm - Option 3 (All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break.)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and book vehicles in for service and repair.
• Explain work required and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Liaise with the workshop and obtain authorisation for additional work.
• Promote relevant products and services.
• Complete service administration accurately while delivering excellent customer service.

About You

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work well in a busy team environment.
