Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is seeking two experienced Service Advisors and one Senior Service Advisor for their prestigious automotive dealership in Blackburn.

Benefits

Salary of £28,000–£32,000, depending on experience Uncapped commission and bonus scheme OTE of £38,800 Working hours of 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday One-in-four Saturday mornings 46.25 hours per week, including Saturdays Opportunity to develop within a prestigious dealershipDuties: Deliver excellent customer service and maintain regular communication with customers Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs with the workshop team Manage customer bookings and accurately update the dealership system Explain recommended repairs and maintenance requirements Handle customer enquiries, complaints and requests professionally Work towards agreed sales targets and key performance indicators Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions Ensure every customer receives a professional experience throughout the Service Advisor processRequirements: Current automotive Service Advisor experience is essential Previous experience within a dealership or automotive environment Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills A customer-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships Experience working towards sales targets and managing customer expectations A full UK driving licence is preferred Applicants for the Service Advisor position must be confident working in a fast-paced dealershipIf you are an experienced automotive professional seeking a rewarding Service Advisor opportunity, we welcome your application.
