Act as the primary contact for customers during their service experience, delivering a professional and trustworthy service Efficiently schedule vehicle repairs and services, liaising with customers and workshop staff Maintain accurate customer records within company systems as the Service Advisor Promote additional services and repairs identified through technician recommendations to maximise workshop revenue Provide regular and transparent updates to customers regarding vehicle progress Develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training sessions Foster long-term customer relationships through exceptional service deliveryRequirements:
