Service Advisor

Our client, a successful and growing independent automotive specialist, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its premium vehicle service department in Milton Keynes. This Service Advisor role offers a basic salary of up to £38,000, Monday to Friday working hours and no weekend work.

The successful Service Advisor will join a supportive management team within modern, purpose-built premises. The workshop is consistently busy and currently booking at least two weeks ahead, providing an excellent opportunity for long-term employment.

As a Service Advisor, welcome customers and manage service and repair enquiries Manage service bookings and coordinate workshop schedules Prepare job cards and process invoices accurately Liaise closely with Technicians and workshop management Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and any additional work required Ensure all workshop administration is completed efficiently Deliver consistently high standards of customer service This Service Advisor position requires effective communication with customers and the workshop teamRequirements:
