Service Advisor

Arden White Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of a successful premium automotive dealership in Swindon. Previous automotive experience is required.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicles are managed efficiently while keeping customers informed throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
• Explaining additional work requirements and associated costs
• Liaising with technicians and the parts department
• Preparing job cards, invoices, and service documentation
• Delivering a professional and exceptional customer experience
• Supporting the smooth running of the aftersales department

What We're Looking For

• Experienced aftersales professionals ideally with experience on the Service desk
• Candidates currently based within a commutable radius of Swindon
• Full UK driving licence
