Service Charge Advisor

Hyperion Partners is recruiting an experienced Service Charge Advisor to join a social housing organisation on an interim basis.

We're looking for someone with experience in service charges, rent or housing finance who can confidently investigate customer queries, resolve issues and provide clear, accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve service charge and rent enquiries.

*

Investigate discrepancies and explain charges to customers.

*

Work closely with Finance, Housing and Complaints teams.

*

Monitor outstanding queries and prevent unnecessary escalations.

*

Support annual rent and service charge notifications.

*

Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in service charges, rent or housing finance.

*

Strong customer service and query resolution skills.

*

Experience within social housing is desirable.

*

Excellent communication and attention to detail.

*

Ability to manage workloads and take ownership of issues.
