Job Description
ServiceNow Architect – TSOM 6-Month Contract | OUTSIDE IR35 | Hybrid Working
ServiceNow Architect with experience delivering Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM) solutions required for a long-term project.
You’ll lead solution design and contribute directly to configuration, development and integration, helping improve telecom service monitoring and assurance.
Key responsibilities

Design and implement TSOM solutions covering event ingestion, alarm correlation and service impact analysis.
*
Integrate ServiceNow with telecom monitoring and operational systems.
*
Define CMDB/CSDM service models to support service visibility and impact assessment.
*
Guide developers, review technical designs and resolve delivery challenges.
Experience required:
*
Strong ServiceNow architecture experience with practical TSOM implementation experience.
*
Hands-on JavaScript development, ServiceNow configuration and REST/SOAP integrations.
*
Understanding of telecom operations, service assurance and CMDB/CSDM.
*
Experience with TM Forum APIs, IntegrationHub or MID Servers would be beneficial
