Job Description A Shift Engineer - Mechanical Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues and repair faults effectively.Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.Support the smooth operation of building services, including HVAC and plumbing systems.Collaborate with the wider facilities management team to resolve technical issues.Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical problems.Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure documentation is up to date.Provide technical advice and support to ensure effective operations.The Successful Applicant A successful Shift Engineer - Mechanical should have:Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.Experience working within facilities management or building services.Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to maintenance tasks.Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, or similar mechanical systems.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when required.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging of 57,000.Additional package benefits.A permanent position based in London.4 on 4 off shift patternIf you're interested in this role, apply now.
