Shift Supervisor — Lead a Team to Legendary Service

Starbucks in Alberta is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store manager in operating the store during scheduled shifts. You will lead partners, delegate tasks, and deliver the Starbucks Experience with prompt service, quality beverages and foods, and a clean, welcoming environment.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, train and coach team members, and ensure consistent, legendary service while maintaining store standards and safety for all partners and customers.
