Shop Manager — Lead a Dynamic, Inclusive Store

Scope's Ilfracombe shop on 15 High St is seeking a proactive Shop Manager to lead the team, maximise sales and ensure an inclusive, welcoming customer experience. You will recruit and develop paid colleagues and volunteers, manage stock and coordinate online listings, and work closely with the Assistant Shop Manager to drive performance in a busy coastal town.

The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week), on-site in Ilfracombe.
