Signage Installer (Carpenter)

Are you a carpenter or joiner looking for a fresh challenge with a premium company that works on some of the UK’s most prestigious commercial projects?

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist signage company that delivers high-end installations for globally recognised brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a specialist trade while working alongside an experienced installer, with full training provided.

Unlike standard retail fit-out work, you’ll be installing bespoke signage and branding for an impressive portfolio of clients, including Premier League football clubs, international banks, luxury brands and major drinks companies.

The Role

● Daily travel to Central London with occasional travel to Hemel Hempstead.

● Working alongside an experienced signage installer on high-profile projects.

● Installing premium signage and branded displays.

● Learning specialist installation techniques with the opportunity to develop a long-term career.

● A strong eye for detail and genuine pride in your workmanship, ensuring all installations are completed to the highest standard as clients expect a fully finished, flawless handover.

● Temp-to-perm opportunity with the chance to join the company directly after a successful six-month agency period.

What We’re Looking For

● Minimum 5 years’ experience in a carpentry or joinery role.

● Previous construction site experience.

● Valid CSCS Card (essential).

● PASMA and/or IPAF certification would be a significant advantage.

● Good spoken English and excellent communication skills.

● Full right to work in the UK.

● A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn from experienced installers.

Previous signage installation experience is not required—full training will be provided.

What’s On Offer?

● Immediate start with the first intake beginning Monday 10th August.

● Opportunity to work on prestigious, high-profile projects across London.

● Full training in a specialist, highly skilled sector.

● Six-month agency placement through Tradeline, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position and access additional company benefits.

If you’re an experienced carpenter or joiner looking to develop your skills with an exceptional business, we’d love to hear from you.
