Job Description
My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Agent to help deliver a water treatment scheme in Kent, with an immediate start available. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Agent with a strong water and civil engineering background to join an established project team.
Site Agent Responsibilities:
* Toolbox talks
* Client liaison
* Stakeholder liaison
* Health and safety compliance
* Ordering materials
* Managing day-to-day site operations
* Supervising subcontractors and site teams
* Coordinating works across the water treatment site
* Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to specification
* Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation
* Overseeing quality control, inspections and site records
* Reporting progress to the Project Manager
* Supporting the wider project team with programme delivery
Site Agent Requirements:
* Black or Gold CSCS
* SMSTS
* Previous experience working on water treatment or water infrastructure projects is essential
* Strong civil engineering background
* Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
* Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements
* IT literate
* Full UK driving licence
