Job Description
Site Agent – Water Treatment
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire Job Type: Full-time
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major water treatment project in Loughborough.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and in line with quality requirements.
Key responsibilities
*
Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
*
Planning and coordinating daily site activities
*
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements
*
Monitoring progress, quality and productivity
*
Liaising with the Project Manager, engineers and client
*
Reviewing RAMS, permits and construction documentation
*
Maintaining site records and progress reports
*
Supporting programme delivery and resolving site issues
About you
*
Previous experience as a Site Agent, Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor
*
Experience within water, utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure
*
Strong understanding of construction health and safety
*
Good leadership, communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to read drawings and technical specifications
*
SMSTS and CSCS required
