Site Based Building Fabric Engineer

Company: UK FM division of a group of construction companies who are market leaders in their respective fields. The FM division manages stand alone hard services contracts and fully integrated TFM contracts.

The Role

We’re looking for a Site Based Fabric Engineer based in the East Midlands within a large commercial building. You will be responsible for general building fabric maintenance and including PPM,s, minor plumbing , carpentry, painting and decorating etc.

The Person: It is essential that you have experience as a building fabric technician working in an FM environment and ideally have some basic plumbing or carpentry experience.

Salary and Package: Basic Up to £36,000 (40 hours per week) Mon - Fri
