SITE FOREMAN (CARPENTRY BASED)

Our client specialises in delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs across the UK, working with leading brands within the retail, hospitality and leisure sectors.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Site Foreman with a strong carpentry and joinery background to join their growing team.

The Role

• The Site Foreman will work hands-on alongside site teams.

• The Site Foreman will oversee the day-to-day site operations.

• Coordinate trades and subcontractors.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

• Will maintain quality control and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• The Site Foreman will need to have proven experience in commercial shopfitting - ESSENTIAL.

• Will have a strong carpentry and joinery background.

• Previous experience supervising and managing site teams.

• The Site Foreman must be confident reading & working from technical drawings.

• Excellent organisation, communication & leadrship skills.

• Strong attention to detail & a proactive approach.

• Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous).

The successful Site Foreman pay will be competitive & dependent on experience & suitability for the role.
