Site Installation Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Site Installation Engineer to join their operational team in Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK . This hands-on role is critical for overseeing the successful installation, testing, and commissioning of various industrial systems and equipment at client sites. You will be responsible for ensuring all installations meet rigorous quality, safety, and performance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong background in Installation & Maintenance to take ownership of projects and contribute to the successful deployment of critical infrastructure in the West Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute site installation projects from commencement to completion.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide installation processes.
• Perform electrical and mechanical installations of equipment and systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of installed systems, ensuring functionality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation phase.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in site installation or a similar field service role within Installation & Maintenance .
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and understand complex technical documentation.
• Proficiency in using installation and testing tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to various sites across the region.
