About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and organised Site Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate installation projects in the Derby area. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring that all installation activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage teams of installers, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and oversee project timelines and budgets. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles within the Installation & Maintenance sector, with a hybrid approach that combines on-site project supervision with remote administrative and planning duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of installation projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise and direct on-site installation teams, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to specification.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements for all installation activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing installation projects, preferably in a relevant industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
