About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Installation Manager to oversee installation projects for their diverse range of products, operating primarily from the Wolverhampton, West Midlands area but requiring site travel. This pivotal role involves managing installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution. This position is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in site management and a passion for delivering successful installation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate on-site installation teams, providing direction and support.
- Develop and implement installation schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure all installations comply with company quality standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Liaise effectively with clients to manage expectations and provide project updates.
- Conduct site inspections and post-installation reviews.
Requirements
- Significant experience in site management, project coordination, or a similar supervisory role, preferably in installation or construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and schedules effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel to various project sites around Wolverhampton and the wider region.
