About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Installation Supervisor to lead their Installation & Maintenance projects in and around Nottingham . This role requires a hands-on individual with strong leadership qualities to oversee installation teams, ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will be the key liaison between the project management team and the on-site workforce, ensuring smooth execution of installations and effective problem-solving. This position is vital for maintaining project quality and client satisfaction in the Nottingham area.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and motivation.
• Ensure all installation activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate on-site logistics, including material delivery, equipment deployment, and workforce scheduling.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments.
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide project updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within installation or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of installation processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
