About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Installation Supervisor to oversee projects in and around Leeds . This role is responsible for managing on-site installation teams, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the key liaison between the project management team, clients, and the installation crews. This is an excellent opportunity for a natural leader with a strong background in construction or installation projects, who is adept at coordinating complex operations and maintaining excellent client relations within the Installation & Maintenance sector. You will be instrumental in delivering successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct on-site installation teams, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Ensure all installation activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or delays and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of work and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, for optimal efficiency.
- Liaise effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role for construction or large-scale installation projects.
- Strong understanding of installation processes, building codes, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license and be prepared to travel to sites across the Leeds region.
- Relevant construction or site management certifications are a plus.
