Job Description
Site Manager Hereford
Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a residential housing project in the Hereford area.
馃搷 Location: Hereford 馃搮 Start: Immediate 馃捈 Position: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site operations, including coordinating trades, subcontractors, deliveries, plant, materials and site activities.
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, including compliance with the Construction Phase Plan, RAMS, PPE requirements and relevant legislation.
- Monitoring quality control and ensuring workmanship, materials and construction meet drawings, specifications, building regulations and company standards.
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the programme is maintained.
- Carrying out regular site inspections and addressing any issues or defects.
- Working closely with the wider project team to ensure the development is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
