Site Manager - Leading Petrol Forecourts Contractor

Site Manager – Petrol Forecourts Contractor – UK Wide We are working with an established construction contractor with a strong reputation across the civils, petrol forecourts, EV charging installations and infrastructure sectors. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team, working on forecourt projects across the UK. PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE IS UK WIDE AND REQUIRES YOU TO WORK AWAY FROM HOME DURING THE WEEK. ACCOMMODATION WILL BE PROVIDED.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of petrol forecourts projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Duties

• Managing the day-to-day operations on site, including initial site set-up and mobilisation
• Ensuring the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety and site management procedures are implemented and maintained
• Monitoring daily productivity, including subcontractor performance, resource levels and quality of works
• Tracking progress against the agreed programme and highlighting any potential delays, risks or concerns to Management
• Ensuring projects remain on programme and liaising effectively with construction professionals, clients and, where required, members of the public Site Manager – Petrol Forecourts Contractor – UK Wide Key Skills
• Applicants should have previous experience within in the petrol forecourts sector.
• The role involves travel to multiple UK sites, with accommodation provided.
• Duties will include setting out, groundworks, drainage, earthworks, & concrete works.
