Site Manager / Project Manager (Residential)

Site Manager / Project Manager (Residential Developer) Meath €100k ++ Transport + Bonus + Package We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager with either a trade or technical construction background to oversee the planning, delivery of high-quality houses within residential developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all homes are completed to exceptional standards, on programme and ready for sales launch. Our client has an impressive landbank across Meath.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of show house delivery from pre-start through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and design consultants to achieve programme deadlines.
• Ensure show homes are finished to a premium standard, reflecting the developer's brand and sales strategy.
• Plan and manage snagging, quality control and final inspections.
• Liaise with sales, marketing and interior design teams regarding show house requirements.
• Monitor health and safety compliance on site.
• Track programme milestones and proactively resolve construction issues.
• Maintain regular reporting on progress, costs and key risks.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Project Manager within the residential construction sector.
• Trade qualification or construction-related degree/diploma.
• Strong knowledge of house-building methodologies, particularly semi-detached and detached housing developments.
• Previous experience working with leading residential developers or similar would be highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience delivering high specification show houses, customer handover units or sales launch properties.

Ideal Experience

• 5+ years' residential construction management experience.
• Track record of delivering new developments in excess of 50+ units.
• Great opportunity to progress into Contracts Manager role as the company expands
