Site Manager - Social Housing Retrofit (Autonomy, Bonuses)

WATES is recruiting for a Site Manager to lead retrofit works across Herefordshire and Worcestershire social housing properties. You will manage a stream of works, guiding site teams and supply chain partners to deliver safely, on time and to high standards.

You will report to the Project Manager, and DBS checks and other pre-employment checks may apply. Prior experience in housing retrofit and managing both direct labour and subcontractors is essential.
